We tailor our flat fee to the scope and scale of each project, whether that's a focused furnishings refresh or a full home renovation. A meaningful renovation project typically involves design fees in the range of several thousand to tens of thousands of dollars depending on complexity, alongside the construction and furnishings budget. We'll give you a clear proposal after an initial discovery call so there are no surprises.

We bring established relationships with quality vendors, skilled tradespeople, and trusted contractors that take years to build and simply aren't available to someone starting from scratch.
